After the darshan of Sri Lakshmi Narasimhar, went to this Sri Devi Karumari Amman Temple, which is adjacent to Sri Lakshmi Narasimhar temple.

Some of the important features of this temple are..

The temple is facing east with a 4 tier rajagopuram. Tirisool, palipedam and Simha vahanam are immediately after the Rajagopuram  The sanctum sanctorum consists of a sanctum and a muka mandapam. Sri Devi Karumari Amman is in sitting posture and usual head Amman statue is in front. In Koshtam Vinayagar, Dhatchayani, Vaishnavi, Brahmi and Durgai.

In the prakaram sannadhi for Anjaneyar, A stucco image of Sri Karumari Amman in a glass enclosure, Sri Prasanna Venkatesa Perumal, Maha Ganapathi, Sri Valli Devasena Subramaniar and Stucco image of Amman in front of devakoshta Durgai, facing east.

HISTORY AND INSCRIPTIONS

The temple belongs to 20^th century, under the control of Sri Lakshmi Narasimhar Temple. Both  temples share the common shed erected on the 24^th street for functions & Urchavams.

The temple will be kept opened between 06.00 hrs to 11.00 hrs and 17.30 hrs to 21.00 hrs
