This
temple visit is not scheduled in our Pulicat trip. Since the temple is on
the way to Thamaraipakkam check dam from Red hills, our group visited this
temple also.
The
temple was constructed and run by the Chinmaya mission. This temple is
constructed in unique style of Linga shape. The ground floor is used as yaga
salai and Shiva is installed in first floor with steps to climb. Inside the
sanctum hall is also used for meditation. Vibration may be felt while
chanting OM. The location is kept neat and tidy with green cover.
Chinmaya mission also runs a dispensary for the local poor villagers on free of
cost.

The temple will be kept open between 06.30 to 12.00 and 16.00 Hrs to 20.00 Hrs

TO REACH:
This
Temple is on the main road from Red Hills to Periyapalayam through
Thamaraipakkam.
