Visit to this Sri Aingolamalai Aingolaeswaran Temple, was a part of Shiva,
Vishnu Temples and Pallava & Chozha inscriptions Visit near Keerapakkam in
Chengalpattu District on 18th February 2024. This Shiva temple is on
the middle of the Aingolamalai in Keerapakkam Village.

of the salient features of this temple are…
The
temple is facing east with balipeedam and Rishabam. Vinayagar and Sani Bahavan,
are on the base of the Middle hill. Moolavar is on an elevated Level.
Balipeedam and Rishabam are in front of moolavar. Dakshinamurthy, Bairavar ( in
sitting posture with Dog’s bas relief is on the base ) and Navagrahas. All the
navagrahas are facing Moolavar. Sani Bhagavan is in a Gajaprishta Vimana
Temple.

There
is no formal temple constructed. Total temple is in a meta colour sheet shed.

oru kala pooja is conducted, no other special poojas are conducted.

TO REACH
The
temple is on the middle part of the Hill. Just a walk-able Distance from
Saibaba Temple, leaving the vehicle at Saibaba Temple.
The
City Buses Tambaram to Kandigai 55 D and 55K will stop at Keerapakkam Perumal
temple stop and from there Ingolamalai is about a KM.
The
temple is 6 KM from Rathinamangalam bus stop on Vandalur – Kelambakkam Road. 16
KM from Vandalur, 14.5 KM from Kelambakkam and 19 KM from Tambaram.
Nearest
Railway station is Vandalur.
