The Visit to this Sri Punniyakodeesswarar Temple at Kottakuppam was a part of the “Shiva and Vishnu Temples Visit, in Tiruvallur District on, 1st September 2024”.

This temple is on an island formed by the Kosasthalaiyar River and belongs to Kottakuppam Village. No proper access road with the bridge was constructed to reach this Village. The island will be isolated during water flows in the river. The temple is also under renovation during my visit.
