The visit to this Sri Vel Kottam Murugan Temple was a part of the Maha

This village, Attuputhur, is about 16 km away from
Kanchipuram on the Chennai to Mumbai Highway. After Sri Adheeswarar Temple’s Visit,
Mr Vels Kumaran took us to this temple. There are Murugan Temples in the names
of Kumara Kottam, Kandhakottam, and Sengunthar Kottam. This temple is a little
different and is named Vel Kottam. Thanks
to Mr Vels Kumaran for providing me with the details of this temple.
