In this Pulikuthi Hero stone, the hero looks straight,
holding a sword in the right hand and a shield in the left hand. His face is
shown with a big moustache and the tuft is shown straight up. He wears ornaments
on the ears and over the neck. The Tiger
is shown with its front legs on the Hero’s stomach and biting Hero’s right
hand.
Unusually, the Hero will be shown holding a knife or a
Kattar, and killing the Tiger. But in this hero stone, the hero is shown with a
sword in the raised position, and the Tiger bites the hero.
As per the experts, this Hero stone may belong to the
16th to 17th century.
