Sri Thanthondreeswarar Temple / ஸ்ரீ தான்தோன்றீஸ்வரர் கோயில், Nambiyur, Erode District, Tamil Nadu.

While searching the inscriptions of Erode District Temples, and a Hero stone I visited this temple on 24th July 2024. Incidentally, this temple is very near to my Kula Deivam Sri Veeramathi Amman temple, near Nambiyur, and visited both temples.

ARCHITECTURE
The temple was reconstructed in the 20th century and no architectural style followed. The temple consists of Sanctum sanctorum, ardha mandapam and mukha mandapam. The Vimanam is of one tala, a greevam, and a nagara sigaram. The temple was constructed with stone from adhistanam to prastaram with stone and the superstructure was built with brick.
