Sri Lakshmi Hayavadana Perumal Temple, Nanganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

After the darshan of Sri Viswaroopa Anjaneyar at Nanganallur, went to this temple, which is on the way to my residence. There are many Vishnu temples at Nanganallur, one of the townships developed in the 20th century and occupied mainly by the Brahmin Community.

Some of the important features of this temple are...
The temple faces east with a small 3-tier Rajagopuram. Balipedam and Dwajasthambam are in front of the sannidhi under the mukha mandapam.

In the praharam sannadhi for Vedantha Desikar, Chakkarathalwar, Andal, Anjaneyar, Glass Room, Urchavars, and Madapalli.

Sannadhi is constructed with a sanctum and an ardha mandapam. Jayan and Vijayan are the dwarabalakars standing at the entrance of the sannadhi. Lakshmi is sitting on the lap of Hayavadana Perumal.

The temple is being managed by the Vedhantha sthapana Sabha, a registered body on the 2nd main road of Nanganallur.

During the reopening of schools after summer, students used to throng this temple to get the blessings of Sri Haravadhana Perumal

The temple will be kept open from 06.45 hrs to 11.00 hrs and from 17.00 hrs to 21.00 hrs.
