This is the second visit to this temple and there was a lot of changes compared to my earlier visit. This Visit was a part of Nagaraha temples Visit around Chennai.

Some of the features of this temple are..
The temple is facing east without Dwajasthambam and Rajagopuram.Outer compound was constructed through donation and daily poojas are conducted ). There is no moortham in the koshtam. Moortham of Vinayagar and Bhairavar are in artha mandapam.
There is only outer prakaram and there is no vimanam on the sanctum sanctorum for both moolavar and Ambal. Ambal is in a separate sannadhi in standing posture. The entrance to the shrine is from south and temple is facing east.
In the outer prakaram sannadhi for Naagar and Navagrahas.

About 5 KM from Porur junction and the place is Gerugambakkam. The temple is about a km off the main road on the left side.
